Who is Piklit designed for?

Piklit's training approach is designed to support a wide range of individuals across different ages, backgrounds, and activity levels.

This includes:

  • youth and developing athletes

  • non-athlete adults focused on overall health

  • older adults looking to maintain strength, balance, and mobility

The philosophy emphasizes thoughtful progression and individualized guidance,  with care given to each person's  unique body and goals.

What makes Piklit different from traditional gyms or training facilities?

Piklit is not a volume-based or one-size-fits-all environment.

The approach prioritizes movement quality, intelligent progression, and recovery awareness—adapting to the individual rather than pushing intensity for its own sake.

Do you offer group workouts?
