In a dynamic strength fitness class, you’ll likely perform movements like lunges with weight, single leg exercises with weight, functional lunges with weight, pull -ups with a weight vest, push and pull exercises with weight. These exercises involve using your body’s momentum and often incorporate elements of cardio, as you’re continuously moving. The emphasis is on strengthening muscles while improving strength, bone density, coordination, balance, and flexibility through full-body motions.
